We had the stone grills, seafood chowder and tap beers. Very generous portion and the meat cuts were very tender. Best seafood chowder we had in NZ throughout our trip there.
Just stopped in for a ‘snack’ after the tour at waitomo, oh man. The food and drinks were great, but what was better was the service. I don’t think I’ve ever met a traditional barkeep before, the kind who genuinely cares about their patrons. Old mate went from table to table checking in with his patrons, making sure they had everything they needed and were enjoying themselves. It was genuinely a wonderful experience.
After the tour had a snack here, delicious. Enjoyed their pizza and fish chips, coffee, juices and salad. Exit signs are very visible and strategically located. First time to see signage converter in our own language - Filipino! Appreciate it very much taking time to do it. Will done guys see you soon, highly recommended
We had dinner at Tomo Bar and Eatery.nWhat a fantastic place. The service from the gentleman at the bar was wonderful. He was very friendly, welcoming, and funny. We had the Stone Grill with 4 meats, and it was fantastic. You get to grill your own meat at the table. You might think why should i cook but it's a great experience to try.nVery highly recommended a visit.
Place was good and spacious, good food with generous amount, pub with heaps of television who loves to watch sports.nnReally enjoyed there stonegrilled surf and turf, and seafood chowder, yummmy!
