We are a Community Recreation Centre run by a Trust of volunteers. The gym has a good range of cardio and weights equipment to suit the needs of everyone.
We are a community gym and invite you to come and workout in a friendly environment. Good changing room facilities and showers available. There is a good variety of cardio and weights equipment for whatever you would like to work on. Also available for hiring is the High School gymnasium for events such as netball, basketball, badminton, aerobics, zumba etc. Bookings are made through us for 5.00 pm until 8.00 pm Monday to Friday. The Trust employs three part time staff and also has volunteers who staff the Recreation Centre.
