The host's are amazing humble people. If u want to relax and feel like your at home this is the place to be! The hotel is in the process of being renovated.. but the thermal pool, comfy bed, and beautiful whanau that runs this establishment will ensure your stay is restful.
Good stay at Tokaanu. Thermal pool is awesome with starring sky at night. Drive to New World supermarket within 5 minutes. Will be great if there's shampoo and hairdryer in the room.
Comfortable beds the owners were renovating when we were there. Hot pool was amazing has a bar and restaurant as well. Host's were awesome.
The staff are absolutely amazing and very welcoming. You can guarantee privacy and a great location central to some beautiful sights. The thermal pool is exactly what you expect. I slept so well on their comfy beds. I recommend Tokaanu Hotel to everyone.
It was clean and staff was kind. There is swiming pool with hot water, yes hot water, it was wonderful after skiing.
Very comfortable bed, large room.very happy with the accommodation. The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. We stayed February 17th. 2019. Recommend it and would stay again.
Great rooms. Warm and the pool is amazing! 5 and 7 year old love it. 5 min drive from town and nice thermal walk nearby
