Just want to thank Chris at the Swift Head Office in Wanganui. Chris was amazing with helping me a few weeks ago sort some parts for my new Swift RS. He researched and sent me photos and part numbers etc. I got the door strips Chris and they look amazing!!! Whole car has had a lift. Also ordering the roof racks you sent me the photo of. 2 stars from me. Would be more if the assistant manager at the Whanganui store Jenny Wood had a better customer service attitude. Nothing but sighs and eye rolls and a snarky tone from her. Appalling and actually disgusting behavior for a "manager". Perhaps if she learnt to 'manage' her attitude better she would be easier to deal with. I wouldn't have been back in there if my vehicle hadn't of blown a fuse 1 week after purchase. She should have been a lot more professional & polite towards me as a customer but no. Unsure if she hates her job or just people in general. Do better Jenny Wood.
Purchased a vechle a month ago due to unforseen faults had to return it. Gareth refunded the whole price no questions asked. Really great to see an honest dealer in this day and age.
Absolute worst experience ever with a car dealership in 25 years of buying cars. Disgusting conduct where money in the bank is 1st priority, not common decency to the customer. They sold a car I was in the process of buying to another person. I was even had a pre purchase inspection etc arranged. They didn’t even call to tell me they had another interest party. I’m actually shocked at how little remorse they had about it. Very disappointed.

Excellent service, friendly helpful staff. I am very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Rennie is a top bloke! He did everything he could to make our purchase for the Patea Community Patrol satisfactory. Very well done.
