I am so glad I was able to join the factory tour today. I first learned about it from a TikTok video. As soon as I saw it, I immediately booked a reservation for the tour. It was fascinating to see the history and the production process of the ice cream we eat every day, and it was especially memorable when the factory staff waved at us. All the employees working here seemed so happy, which was very heartwarming. From now on, I will eat the ice cream on the store shelves with a special feeling. I highly recommend the factory tour to those who haven’t experienced it yet. However, it may be boring and very tiring for those with babies or small children. Since pram are not allowed, it is ideal for children who can walk on their own and keep up with the group. During the factory tour, you get to Tip Top ice cream, which is a delightful part of the tour fee! The original merchandise is also highly recommended. After the tour, be sure to check out the shop selling these exclusive items. I had a really enjoyable time!
Another example of cutting back to save on costs.nYet you have the ordasity to charge more and remove basically 50% of the biscuit crumbs in a Rocky Road and still call it a Rocky Road.nIt's strawberry with a few bits of biscuit crumbs.nSick of this happening to go old Kiwi products.nBoycott Tip Top Ice cream.
Rocky Road ice cream… Better to call it Softy Sugar Road. Crumbs not crunchy, and ice cream feels so watery not creamy and too much sugar. More than that it’s shame to see so much bad reviews on quality. Definitely Tip Top quality went downhill so I recommend to look for other brands which don’t play with customers and their trust.
Not entirely sure who the factory tour is aimed at. It's too basic for adults and a bit dull for kids. You look at a couple of parts of the factory from a window a level above. In one room we saw Trumpet's on the production line which was cool, the other room was basically just staring at steel vats and pipes. There was only a small amount of discussion of the history of Tip Top. At the end each person can choose one pre-packaged ice cream from the freezer. These are the same as the ones you can buy everywhere.
This comment has nothing to do with Tip Top’s products.nnOne Tip Top truck hit my car’s light cover at a car park and this incident was witnessed with all details taken down. However, when I emailed Tip Top I was told the driver denied running into my car I bet he can barely hear anything in the big noisy truck! and Tip Top refused to take liability for it because the driver works for a contractor company. I don’t care whether the driver is a contractor or not, or Tip Top questioned the wrong driver or whatever the case is, this is definitely not the right attitude and solution for Tip Top to solve this issue!
