My 3 grandkids had a great time at Timezone Bayfair today. The staff and manager were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nikita for her excellent customer service, explaining all the options and her patience with an old man on his first, but definitely not last, visit.
My group of 3 had an Awesome time at Time Zone Bayfair Shopping Mall! Great place for our young ones to enjoy being kids again!
I came to Timezone on Thursday with the wife and kids. Initially I was a bit confused on how everything works. Luckily 3 staff members, Louis, David and Jaden helped us understand how the games work! My kids had a lot of questions and they helped them everything. Was a great experience, will definitely be coming back! :
Great place to have fun with the young one. Been playing there since it's been open, seen alot of changes. Sham the old manager left she was so professional. The new manager is professional as well but more after your money but polite at the same time. The staff could do more.. thay seem to sit on the desk on there phone or stand around talking. More interaction with customers would be great for the place. One guy is kind of intimidating the ather started talking about primary school the ather is a nice guy very professional at his job. A change of staff would do the place a great help. Customers are allways right with there judgment, as thay are the ones that make a place work and continue. Still a cool place to take ya kids timezones all around the country are all a fun experience.
Overall the kids loved the party, which is the most important part but I was unhappy with how things went on the day, part of this may be because due to personal circumstances I had been unable to discuss the party with the timezone staff they did call me in days leading up to the party. I was under the impression you only had subway as a catering option and after finding out that a fee was charged on top I decided $80 for one platter was not worth the money. Really annoyed me to arrive in the party room and observe that next door where a party had already started, they had dominos even though your rules say we cannot bring any food into the venue? Also bothered me that we were supposed to have a host but we did not. If a host had been present they would have noticed a trolley load of someone elses stuff in our room at our booked time, they also would have observed a male coming and going between our party room and the one next door taking things.I understand this may have been a staffing issue and I will say the staff were lovely to deal with but I found it frustrating that it was up to me, the paying customer to walk back and forth and run the party. I had to ask for the cake I purchased to be brought out, I had to ask about the lanyards and cards etc and of course the first thing I walk into in the room is a whole lot of personal belongings that were not ours and should not have been in there in the first place. I would not have minded if the booking had not explicitly said we would have a host present the whole time. That is what I thought I had paid for. As for the catering, may I suggest just giving customers the option to provide their own catering and charging a fee for allowing this? I would have gone and purchased something in the foodcourt ahead of time if I had the option to. All the confirmation email and your website reference are those over priced platters from subway. We only really need the host for the partyroom and that initial explaination when being given the cards. I think you guys can easily rectify these issues for any future parties others may hold in your venue.
Staff are very helpful when you have issues with your time zone card.good amount of games to play and good deals
Had a blast. Good selection of machines. Not too pricey. People serving appeared incapable of friendly customer service.
Great place to spend your money fast! But boy does it create alot of smiles and laughter and quality time with friends and family with some healthy competition or playing solo...Lots of selection on games also..
