The Wright Choice! Just over the moon with my new bathroom which came with a great help deal of help from Jenny in choosing the perfect tiles for the wall and floor, the amazing bath and suite. Could have spent a fortune but we found exactly what I wanted at a price I didn’t wince at! They were just so helpful and I can’t recommend them highly enough. You get the real personal touch, and they aim to find you exactly what you want, at the right budget, in your timescale. Thanks Jenny & Pete. Top notch.
We were refurbishing our bathroom, which was not straight forward as we live in a Tudor cottage. We went to Wright Tiles to get advice on tiles and shower fitments. The staff at Leighton Buzzard were really helpful and we decided use Wright tiles to tile the floor and shower area. The tilers that did the job were excellent. It was not an easy job and they provided good advice on tile choice and overcoming problems due to the peculiarity of the room. We were delighted with the result. We also used Wrights to fit the shower screen. Unfortunately, it was damaged during fitting but another was reordered and fitted. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. The staff were friendly and provided an excellent service.
With the intention of looking for suitable tiles for a 65m2 patio, I visited the Leighton Buzzard store on Saturday. After a less than favourable welcome, the young lady was far more interested in her phone than paying a potential customer any attention at all. Any question was answered in the fewest words possible before her attention briskly returned to her mobile phone. I’m always keen to support local independents but honestly, if this is the pre-sales experience, then a would dread any issue resolution post order. May have just been “a bad day” as clearly my review is in the minority.
We first used Wrights 17 years ago for a full bathroom refurbished and it still looks as good today as it did then. We have used them a couple of times since, a small job and the latest tiling our kitchen, the quality of there work is first class and we are really happy with the outcome. The showroom has a great selection available to view and very helpful staff on hand to offer advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and would definitely use them for future projects
I would highly recommend. We contacted Peter for a quote to fit our kitchen tiles that we had already purchased. Dave came to fit the tiles and able to give us an expert opinion on the best way to place our tiles around an awkward area. In my opinion he did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to use the company again.
Contacted Peter at short notice to fit our hall / kitchen diner / utility and patio tiles. He managed to fit us in quickly and what a superb job. The tilers kept everywhere clean and tidy and were very helpful. Highly recommended.
I have a really small terraced cottage with a very small bathroom. I tried all the high street options like B&Q, Wickes etc but none of them could accommodate small size items. Peter was great at providing space saving solutions and idea’s. He was very pragmatic about me swapping 2 items towel rail and mirror once I’d seen the bathroom go in, as they didn’t look right. James the installer was incredible, very very tidy, very precise and a great craftsman. Really important when you let people into your home to work. Really annoying when they can’t seem to clean up after themselves!! Really happy with the end result and would recommend!!
We did two bathrooms with the guys and both were delivered to very high standards. The installers were polite and knowledgeable throughout going above and beyond to achieve quality. Delighted with the service from start to finish and the flexibility to accommodate our needs. Good workmanship isn’t always easy to find but Pete and his team tick all the boxes!
We bought tile and several bathroom fixtures from them. They were very helpful and accommodating. Our renovation was delayed for weeks and they held items for us and delivered on the day we requested. They worked with us on pricing. Peter Jr made recommendations on how to configure the bathroom tile that turned out great. Thanks very much!
Poor customer service. Had to chase them twice to come round to give us a quote for a bathroom refurb in Leighton Buzzard. Whenever I call them they're quick point out how busy they are. Haven't heard back from them yet in over a month later since their quotation visit. I have followed up with them three times to get them to send the quote but still have nothing! Such a shame as I like supporting local businesses.
