Went into Tile World and was so happy with the service! Sherie was amazing. Helpful, sincere and genuinely interested in my ideas. Made me feel so welcome i could have stayed for a cuppa. I am so happy with the tiles i ordered and picked up and cant wait to get my new bathroom sorted.
We had wonderful service from Tile World. They worked out the right quantities, despite the unusual design, and ensured we had the tiles in time for installation, despite the complexity caused by the COVID-19 Lockdown. The final result has a real "wow" factor.
Awesome customer service, wouldnt shop anywhere else.
Have been waiting for over a year for a refund from a purchase we returned. Have rung many times to follow up - they always say they are sorting it but we never hear back and still haven't got our money .
