I search high and low across West Midlands for a simple and yet unique tile design, and finally found them at Tile Plus! They looked amazing all thanks to my superman in disguise! He was truly a gentleman with excellent service and patience and amount of resilience was remarkable. As my friend also loved the simplicity and yet unique style of titles and decided to meet the superman for three set of projects for two house. In case you’re wondering who this Clark Kent in disguise is… Real name, George and look out for ginger hair with glasses provided service with smile. Thank you so much!
Highly recommended! 5 stars is not enough. I've placed several orders recently for tiles and their customer service has been exceptional. Reise has been very helpful indeed and patient! and nothing is too much trouble. George too has provided great service, even the delivery drivers have been brilliant. I can't thank them enough for all their help, and great prices too. Fantastic customer service!

I needed tiles for my kitchen and wasn’t sure what I wanted or needed to match my new kitchen, I was approached my a gentleman asking if I needed any help I replied quickly YES please ! I showed him a sample of my kitchen colour & work tops and within minutes he took me to the perfect floor & wall tiles which matched fantastic! What fantastic customer service I received! Clinton was very professional knowledgeable , polite and very friendly which ended up with me buying all the tiles there and then for my kitchen , I left a very happy customer I would highly recommend Tile Plus and I would recommend asking for Clinton if you need help
Spent a lot of money in here.. good selection.. the only negative was they still have tiles on display which are not in warehouse.. so had to keep choosing another another..
Great selection of tiles at great prices. Staff very helpful. Love my new bathroom. Tiles were less than 12 pound sqm for plain and patterned.
The place itself was good and staff were friendly, I didn't do too much price comparison as everyone recommended here anyway!. Only downside is them not delivering inside the property, which I didn't realise, and to put them inside for £39.95 is abit much! Anyhow not realising they would not be carried in, I am now sitting waiting for someone to help me, with the items as I speak getting heavily rained on, not great! tried myself earlier and re triggered the back pain I already have, high charge for items going inside the house, can understand if it was first floor but should be made clear items aren't put inside! Whether this was the case before covid but this isn't covid related, it's a money grabbing chance only, disgusting when you spend so much in store anyhow.
It's always a pleasure to visit .I can't ever remember going there and not coming away with what we want . The staff are all friendly and really helpful , nothing is ever too much trouble . That coupled with great prices and deals means a winner everytime! Highly recommend a visit .
Went to this shop today to purchase tiles for bathroom walls and floors. No one available to help. I approached the till and saw a lady who didn’t have a customer at that moment. I politely said excuse me and her back was slightly faced away from the till but I think she may have heard me and ignored me but I said excuse me again to which she responded I’m on the till right now, maybe she thought my vision was impaired. So I said it’s jus a simple quick question can u send someone over to the tiling section to which she responded again well we are short staffed today and everyone’s on tills so as she was not displaying initiative and no customer service I suggested she find someone to meet us over by the tiles when someone is available. But as I walked away I thought my money is best spent elsewhere as customer service is apart of my decision when doing business with a company. So I went to tile choice in West Brom they have several branches one in Bilston and Walsall. Tile choice have more competitive prices but I choose the most expensive tiles as I have expensive taste. The guy at tiles choice was very helpful and such a nice down to earth person. My experience at tile plus was disgusting and disappointing but thankfully there are plenty of other tile shops more competitive prices and great options available.
So many types of tile very good arrangement for customers to choose from huge display nice helpful staff and you can buy bathroom cladding as well I bought for my home and they helped me to calculate as well how much I need Thank you I will recommend this place to all keeping this in mind that prices are not to high
