Massage therapy to encourage natural healing within the body, by finding and releasing tension. This is done through mostly deep tissue massage, relocating joints into place, and use of essential oils to your specific complaints.

I treat all genders of all ages​I am also a health, wellness and nutrition coach and have workshops and courses available online so do check them out. There is a 10-module health journey to conquer overeating and some mini-workshops on wellness, nutrition and gut health."

A new massage therapist in town! Totally blown away. I've been having back pain issues and Tracey found the muscles causing the pain. After 4 visits I am now pain free. Tracey also sorted the tension in my neck which gave me headaches. I can't tell you how it is not to feel pain!! Thank you.
For a few months I have suffered with regular headaches. After one session with Tracy my headaches stopped! It was all due to tension in the muscles at the back of my head and neck. Not only that Tracy showed me a neck stretch to do at home and ways to treat myself to prevent the tension returning. I am going for regular monthly maintenance treatments for sure as my whole body felt dos much better. Amazing!
Tracey is an intuitive and truly gifted massage therapist. Following ten years of infertility and despite stage 4 endometriosis, I was able to successfully get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy - I believe the treatment Tracey provided was key in making this miracle happen. She helped rebalance my body using natural techniques, when doctors were suggesting further invasive treatment. After years of pain and suffering, my endometriosis has all but gone and Tracey also taught me various self care techniques to manage the condition long term.
