Michel at Thrive Fitness has been very supportive in helping me get back into regular exercise. I had virtually stopped doing any exercise since menopause and felt awful. I read that exercise can help with many symptoms and also with loss of muscle strength. Michel wrote a plan for me and I have kept up with it for 6 months now and am feeling so much better. Absolutely fantastic personal trainer! Michel created a program for me in the lead up to an op with the plan of getting me as fit as possible. We managed to do all the sessions via video set up which was amazing for me as it fitted around my work schedule. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Great PT for the bespoke training. I’ve been training within Sarah and I have seen improvements in my core strength, muscle definition and flexibility. I really enjoy the blended approach of online and face to face workouts that fit in my schedule.
I am an outdoor person who enjoyed running until my knee injury put a stop to that. I never imagined I could enjoy the gym but then I met Michel. She has been an excellent PersonalTrainer. She is safety conscious, constantly checking my technique so avoiding injuries. She listened to my aims and goals and put a plan in place to achieve them. She encouraged me gently when I was very fragile and celebrated my achievement. A detailed DIY plan followed every session which was invaluable to me. I now am enjoying the gym and my workout. I have trained with Sarah at Thrive Fitness for several years now and can honestly say that the experience has been amazing. I contacted Thrive after the birth of my second child to get help with core strength and general fitness. I've had a personalised fitness plan ever since, weekly sessions and support with every aspect of my fitness.
I would happily recommend Thrive Fitness and Michel, having trained with her for the last 8 years. She puts together high quality and varied training programmes, responding to my priorities, and tailoring and adjusting these to be delivered effectively either in person or online. Michel is very professional and knowledgeable, and always well prepared for sessions, but also able to flex these where necessary. What doesn't change is the balanced training approach which focuses on quality of exercise and movement, and ensures that you are always developing core strength and fitness.
