The staff are friendly enough, but the level of care received leaves much to be desired. My experience is that their style of chiropractic is old fashioned and the price of their 12 appointment package is equivalent to a mortgage payment. I was hopeful initially but as appointments progressed, I realised this is not a good place to go for chronic pain - they exacerbated my pain and told me it was part of the treatment. I was even asked to provide a 5 star review for Thrive, in exchange for free coffee vouchers. Their behaviour of bribing clients for positive reviews tells you everything you need to know about Thrive.
Thrive Chiroractic is the very best. I have been going there for at least 10 years. The team is always professional and helpful and are always happy to spend time discussing treatment etc . I always feel very well cared for. Iain and Kelly head a wonderful well trained professional team.
My experience with the fabulous and very professional people at Thrive has helped so much. From reception, to consultation, to x-rays, to treatment procedures and to time taken to be listened to - it was all beneficial and geared to a positive outcome. I can honestly say that my posture, walking and even my breathing have improved so measurably and I'm more than happy. Thanks you guys.
Always have a great experience at Thrive. I see Jack who is awesome. Always makes me feel better and uses his knowledge to fix all my problems. The ladies at the front are super nice and have a great sense of humour and make you feel at ease. Highly recommend Thrive Chiropractic.
Edited review post having a chat with the owner. Communication was the biggest issue here. I has pain and discomfort and wanted an adjustment which is why I booked my appointment, note I've had many years experience going to Chiropractic clinics as required. I attended a consultation which was thorough and included a full assessment and x-rays. The chiropractor showed a high level of knowledge and expertise. However after the X-rays I was told to rebook and off I go, still in pain and discomfort. So no initial adjustment at the first appointment which frustrated me, I returned the next day and discussed this, had an adjustment that was not quite what I was expecting, I left only feeling partially better. I personally changed providers after this as I didn't feel this particular service was suited to me. However the communication issue aside, the practice is very friendly and professional with all the necessary equipment and more to provide a thorough service.
Have been going to Thrive Chiropractic for years! As I age it is easier to get 'out of alignment'. But we have to keep moving - right? These are my 'go to' people. The world is fine if your spine's in line!
Highly recommend Annie! Annie is super friendly and welcoming, she also made the appointment less stressful / nerve wracking. As someone who had never been to a chiro I didn't know what to expect but she made the process very reassuring and put me at ease! Wish I came sooner as have noticed results within a month for my lower back pain. Looking forward to the results come :
I have been seeing the team at Thrive for a few weeks now and I am very happy with my results. They uncovered a lot more than just the sore neck I had when I booked, and the regular appointments have made a huge difference in my overall health and wellbeing. The aches and pains I dealt with on a daily basis and thought were normal have improved greatly, something I never thought was even possible. I highly recommended Thrive to anyone who is considering seeing a Chiropractor, it will change your life!
I was a patient at Thrive for a year, seeing Iain, Kelly and Jack regularly. They made a massive improvement to my everyday life and of course Tracey, Katie and Carrie made it a kind, welcoming environment when I came for each appointment. Thanks so much to the Thrive team for the smiling faces everytime I came in for an appointment and for fixing my pain so I didn't have to start buying pain killers! I hope to be back in town at some point and will definitely pay a visit!
Sadly have to say they aren't the best for communicating their services. I expected to pay more for an initial consultation but they don't adjust on the first visit leaving you with the pain. They will always push for an x-ray as they have one one site and if you refuse they say they cant do any adjustments. I'm sure they are a good bunch that can perform the adjustments but the upfront cost and time to get one is not communicated well. I had to leave with pain that could have been worked on and I made sure to book several days ahead so that something could have been done. Just sad I went with them and now I'm stuck over the long weekend.
