These mechanics are absolutely fantastic. I was recommended them for servicing my EV, and they were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and had great service. Very reasonable price for a service too, I cannot recommend enough!

Review posted by Paulette, owner of vehicle.  From start to finish my experience with Thomsen Automotive was excellent.  Adele, the Workshop Co-Ordinator was professional, friendly and  welcoming. Fantastic phone manner and equally in person.  David was very clear and concise on his diagnosis of the problem and the options given to remedy. David's experience with European vehicles was especially valued.  As per a previous review, they were very flexible on pick of the vehicle, which was very much appreciated as I live out of town.  I highly recommend this company and have already passed on their details to a friend who has relatives in Wellington.

Helpful and good service. Was a little bit annoyed no one told me my WOF would be taking several hours as I killed an hour and a half and came back to pick it up and was told they hadn't even started yet. Only charged me for what I needed which is appreciated.

Needed an urgent repair so went through this street looking for a mechanic. I asked for an inspection&mechanic had a look, found parts for my car in under 10mins and my car was booked in same-day.
