Therese joins the Bayleys Long Bay team with many years experience and an impressive track record that saw her achieve a place in the top 30 North Shore salespeople with her previous agency. With two decades of experience in IT finance and contract management, Therese has strong analytical skills that can enable her to interpret and anticipate trends in the property market. Having moved to the North Shore from the UK in 2008, Therese can relate to new migrants and identify with the challenges associated with moving to a new area.

Therese is an active member of her local community and undertakes regular volunteer work in her spare time.

She has two teenage children and enjoys supporting the many activities they are involved with. She is both president and sponsor of her daughter’s swimming club, Island Bay Swimming and is a member of the Rangitoto College PTA.

Therese plays social netball at the East Coast Bays Leisure Centre in Browns Bay and has a passion for riding motorbikes.

She is also a qualified open water diver and has run the London Marathon.
