TheBank Clothing co. is the creation of two passionate entrepreneurs who recognized the need in NZ for a unique, home-grown fashion label that doesn't simply cater to one niche group of skateboarder of hipster millennials
Co-founders Junior Makita and Ben Grupen-Hall met in the mid 2000's and decided that 2017 was going to be the year their vision became a reality. Coming from two different backgrounds the ethos of the company. Capitalizing on the experience and skill-sets each had acquired from past projects overseas and in NZ, TheBank was born.
WHY 'THEBANK'
A Bank has traditionally been recognized as the place one's success is determined. The antiquated concept of a person's value being held behind a dollar sign is gone. With TheBank Clothing, there will definitely be queues but anyone can stand in them irrespective of numbers. Be it the number on a bank the size of your clothes or the age in your passport. TheBank is for everyone, and there's no space in between.
GOING TO MARKET
In October, TheBank Clothing Co will launch its Spring'17 line of street-wear. This will be the first time New Zealand has seen high-end, limited-supply lifestyle brand catering to all shapes and sizes from S through to 5XL
