Fascinating museum dedicated to the history of Deer in New Zealand. As a lover of venison but not a hunter my self I found the guided tour very informative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wanaka.

Went to the museum with my wife for a deerstalkers evening. Was absolutely blown away by the exhibition. Clive gave an incredibly informative and hilarious tour and his knowledge on deer and everything to do with them was amazing!!! Will definitely be going back!!!

Enjoyed hearing about the history of where each deer had come from. Amazing how they change through their years.
