The Whole Hog is an exciting new food truck to hit Christchurch selling all things porky! Our emphasis is on free range and free farmed happy hogs.

Story

Holly and Scott are a couple of far flung adventurers seeking to make the world a little happier with their tasty twist on porky favourites.

We are a Christchurch food trailer specialising in locally sourced free range and free farmed pork products. We love all things porky and prefer our hogs as wild as they come standing by our mantra 'flavour begins in the field!'

Having wandered to the wild ends of the earth and back, trotting from the upper regions of Mexico to the nether behinds of Central America, routing around the vast expanse of Southern Africa, snouting our way round South America, eating our way through Europe (well actually we ate everywhere. Extensively.) and bringing up the rear with Asia it's fair to say our quest for food has taken us on some pretty extraordinary trips. Our love of travel and food has gone into making us the people we are today and landing us in New Zealand to combine our passions and start our dream of owning a food truck. Rugged New Zealand seems to be the place to ground two very wild souls!
