Used to shop here regularly until I encountered a rude blonde staff member today. It’s interesting how a store that’s sells non-chemical supplies can have such toxic people.
Absolutely love this store. In particular, the kids' electric toothbrush from Jack and Jill has been a massive hit with my son - such a nice experience ordering online, very fast delivery too. Would definitely recommend!

I recently made an order with The Well Store & the service was wonderful. Even in the times we are facing at the moment, my order arrived in just a couple of days after ordering which was a wonderful surprise. An even greater surprise is that their prices are incredibly reasonable & somewhat cheaper than others. Beautiful products also. A pleasant experience, highly recommend!
Ordered an item online that arrived completely smashed, which I found when opening the parcel and ceramic pieces falling over my floor. After Communication of the issue, I was required to deal with it completely on my end before my product would be resent. Have been dealing with Auspost back and forth for the last 2 days, phone calls, emails and waiting in store for half an hour. Decided to get the refund from auspost and repurchase my item elsewhere. Will not be purchasing from here again, nothing but a complete waste of my time.
I love having peace of mind that the products I’m buying for my family and I are non toxic, against animal cruelty and kind to Mother Earth and supports my wellness and wellbeing. I also buy my ingredients for my no tox diy recipes which I make for home cleaning too. Absolutely love this store and highly recommend, the staff are super informative and always helpful.
Amazing customer service and fantastic products. Through no fault of their own, Aus post lost an order due to Covid-19 and the ensuing mail fiasco. I let Marianna know and she promptly investigated the lost package, and when it couldn't be found she sent out another one which arrived a few days later! It was so kind considering it wasn't their fault and they essentially had to provide two products to me for the price of one. The products I've bought from here have all been great too - the only natural deodorant that actually worked for me woohoo, and some other things which were fabulous too. Highly recommend shopping here!
