-1 Terrible service! When something happens with one of their machines they try blame you for it! Maybe because it’s on Puriri which is even worse! Racial profiling at its finest!!!!
Machine Took my money and didn’t say it was out of order, spoke to the customer service lady and she was so rude Evan hung up on me when I asked for her name, if you don’t like your job get another one!
Robbed us of money and another lady at same time. Telephoned help people and they were couldn't do anything.nWanted our bank details which seemed a bit dodgy. Hassled by people for cigarettes and money.nWouldn't go there if woman aloe.
Primo as Laundromat. Heaps of parking. Heaps of room inside. Plenty of machines. No mucking around finding change cause they take EFT-POS at each machine nowadays. Just got to pay attention to which bloody number you want to feed. Handy right next door to the dairy for a snack while you wait. And then there’s the Big Barrel 10 steps to the left for the other liquid snacks. Handy as. Machines work well if you don’t overload them. Had no issues with their driers not drying, and it’s pretty bloody cheap really. Over all handy as hell and easy. My Boxer even sneaks in for a sniff & a nosey behind my back and tries to score pats from the kids. So she likes the place too. A captive bored audience for her to meet.
Seems I Made a donation today, as driers not all working or noted out of order. Phoned no reply, emailed no reply. Would like my money back but silence suggests unlikely
