I am a tourist from Taiwan and travelled with family of 4. We found the mainly clothings and selected kid’s toys are quite cheap, considering that we are from Asia. Obviously the clothing is not the named brands but we don’t care as since wore it and comfortable with it. Highly recommended to go if you are done with Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach!
Absolutely horrible service! From the moment I walked in with my 4 kids, 1 under 1, 2 under 10, we were followed by Diane. Multiple times she attempted to remove the items we intended on buying and did buy. We may darker skin but werent even in-store for more than 30 mins. Am on holiday and wanted to do our usual holiday splurge on fun items on our trip. We walked away with maybe 5 items?nComplained to reception and nothing taken seriously. If you want to bring your babies here to buy holiday toys, don't or beware of old lady Diane!

The Warehouse becomes an important part of our life as there are not many stores selling clothes, blankets, bed sheets, cooking utensils, plants, etc here in Whitianga.nnMy husband and I usually go there and purchase many items from time to time.nnStaff there are friendly and helpful.nnWe highly recommend you to shop there.
Excellent service! By far the BEST service I’ve had in many years. Very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The service I received from Lynn was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with my purchases, with no hassle or fuss. This woman is without a doubt a HUGE asset to your company and team. She honestly deserves a promotion and a pay rise.
