I needed help looking for an item I found online and asked a worker I think his name was hayden and he took his time looking at the back had me waiting a while but then managed to find my item. He could’ve done a better and faster job but overall decent
Cool Lego toys and clothes. I found the most cutest outfit for my 2 daughters Isabel and Madeleine. Good Christmas presents for my 7 kids. James loves the car toys to play with. Nice workers.
Went to the Warehouse today and they didn't have enough staff on the registers and had to wait quite a while.nSo we got the few things we wanted and came home and I planned an order online for a few things I had to measure at home, there were heaps of the item left in the store and later today I got an email telling me that my order was delayed, so I called the store and a lady told me that she was only covering a break and took my name and number and my order number and told me that she would get her to call me back.nI called the store at 5.58pm and still haven't received a call.nNo wonder they are struggling. Try to improve your customer service and if someone is meant to call a customer back please do it, we give you our money, so please give us a little better service.
Terrible customer service had seen what I needed was in stock just a mosquito net for my 3 week old baby, however the staff refused to go out back to collect the item for me. Jokes on them now losing my sale and will definitely not be going back here.
On holiday from the south Island, and used to live here years ago, and every single time I come here the shop is tidy, the staff are SO helpful and friendly, and we always find what we need. Absolutely love the Taupo store. Great job Whanau
