I visited the Warehouse in Rolleston recently with my little one. The ladies on the shop floor were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.nnUnfortunately, my experience at checkout was quite the opposite. A product was scanned twice, and it took a long time to get someone to assist as staff appeared to be chatting amongst themselves. When assistance finally arrived, the quantity was corrected, but the manner in which we were addressed came across as rude and dismissive. The interaction unsettled my child and left us both uncomfortable.nnThis experience left a bitter taste, which is disappointing given the positive service earlier in the store. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve customer interactions at checkout.
HUGE thanks to Suhena & leenu 10/10 you are absolutely gifted to have such beautiful employees looking after us customers. These 2 went above & beyond to help me & tried their best to make sure I was looked after. They were such a great laugh & vibe to be around. Amazing souls Thank you ladies!!!!
I was in the warehouse Rolleston today 5/2/2026 I wanted to get some photos printed but I am not good on the machines so talked to a lovely girl called Bree there she was very helpful she had everything done for me within 5 minutes pics printed and all Bree was polite and helpful Cheers Mary
Went to stationary on Saturday afternoon to get scanned few documents but unfortunately staff member at counter told to wait for 20 mins as they are closed due to being busy filling the balloons!! There was 4 to 5 customer were waiting in line but staff did not show any urgency or initiative to serve the customer, in fact staff members were clearly seen to be very rude and grumpy as they did not want to serve the customer.
Poor customer service.. I have previously returned it based on bank transaction. This time since they could not find receipt.. when my partner went to store, he has been asked to bring receipt .. I went there with receipt and they returned it.. when I asked them previously I have returned it they started arguing and girl at the counter did not stop arguing and needed to call her manager to pass on feedback. .. but she is like we can not do without receipt when previously they have done it.. .. need to learn some basic etiquettes and some training and basic knowledge to customer service..
