My comments are related to the garden only. When the place started, there was a good gentleman who looked after the garden and he was very knowledgeable. You visit the garden these days and you will see a lot of the products dying from lack of water and the site is in real mess. Today the deal was you buy two vegetables such as cucumber or courgettes for $9, the reality they were not, the signs that are still there in small letters say the prices were until 24 September but the signs all over the place still there which say $9 for two.nPlease bring back that nice gentleman. We are extremely disappointed with one of your supervisors, Jayden. Yesterday, we went to purchase a box of nappies, but the size we needed was not available on the shelf. We asked for help and Jayden assisted us and we asked him to check if there was stock of the size we were looking for in the back. After checking the system, he informed us that there was stock in the back, but it had not yet been brought out to the store. He assured us that he or one of the staff member would bring it down before their shift ended and would be available for pick-up by the end of today. We paid for the nappies and returned today at 5:30 pm to pick them up, only to be told by the customer service team that Jayden had ordered the nappies from another warehouse branch. This was confusing because Jayden had told us that the stock was available in the back and that we could pick it up today. We also did not know that he purchased a box of Nappies online. We asked if the customer service team could swap the order for the nappies they had in stock, but they said it was not possible due to a system error. They offered a refund once the ordered nappies arrived, but we did not agree as it would be another inconvenience for us. We ended up leaving since it was very frustrating for us and I came from a 12-hour shift. We left without the nappies, having wasted time, energy, and gas.nnWe highly suggest that Jayden needs more training.
Convenient location for locals; massive store but always seems to have a lack of staff to help ; easiest option is to click and collect. Staff are always either busy or missing. But plenty products available and serves the purpose.
Brought a shelf. Warehouse says each shelf holds 50kgs but when I got home the box says it's only 33kgs and that's even pushing it. Tried to review it but the deemed it against there guidelines lol. Don't waste your money go some where ells.
The Warehouse Rolleston, they have always great services but today was the best!nWe bought lots of stuff for school and my daughter bought a tiny pencil sharpener as well. And we left it on the counter after we paid. nBut the very kind casher lady run to outside and found us and handed it despite of the shop was quite busy...My daughter was so pleased because she really needed it!nThank you, thank you so much
