Sam was Amazing on Sat morning supporting me with a new sim card that was needed to get my phone up and running for me to be able to contact emergency services.nHe treated me with respect, calmness and assurances that all would be well.nYour store needs to hold onto him. Great man in the making. Not many left like him.
Amazing customer support, each and everyone person working there was great. Mark resolve the issue extremely well, even though they were out of stock on something but helped me get the right one.
I needed to print some photos for my niece’s birthday, but they came out faded and unclear. When I requested a reprint, I was told I’d have to wait a couple of hours or cancel the order.nnThe situation was already due to their printer issues, yet there was no apology. To make matters worse, the manager’s first question was about the cost of the photos, which felt completely inappropriate.nnVery disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning to the Rangiora warehouse.
Helpful staff, friendly. The option of self checkout. Easy price verification station. Able to return goods if not satisfied.
