Sam was Amazing on Sat morning supporting me with a new sim card that was needed to get my phone up and running for me to be able to contact emergency services.nHe treated me with respect, calmness and assurances that all would be well.nYour store needs to hold onto him. Great man in the making. Not many left like him.

Amazing customer support, each and everyone person working there was great. Mark resolve the issue extremely well, even though they were out of stock on something but helped me get the right one.
I can't even count the amount of times I've gone to try and shop there, and their self checkout machines don't work. If you're going to be too lazy to do your job at a checkout, instead of making the customer do it for you, then at least ensure the machines work properly.
Went to TWH Rangiora today to get some pix printed of our recently deceased pet, Zac. First I dealt with Kim at photo counter she can’t work an iPhone. She gave me the wrong email address to send to, then said I had to wait for a code to complete the print. Waited …… she then disappeared and Cohen asked how I was getting on. He said that’s the wrong email - send again to blah blah. He was most helpful and I would give him 5 stars for care and courtesy - shame about Kim letting the department down. On the way out the 2 bots on the Customer Service desk 10:30am were about as helpful as yesterday’s news. Rude and totally unhelpful - I was a nuisance is what they conveyed. Sigh! Plenty more other people would love your jobs - go figure. Lift your game.
