We recently saw some beautiful tuberous begonias on special at the Warehouse but couldn't get them at the time as they'd have had to stay in a hot car for a long time. So the next night we went back to see if they were still reduced which they were. The kind and helpful lady at the counter checked on the price however it showed the deal had already finished; we were pretty devastated.nHowever she said she would honour the Special price seeing the sign hadn't been taken down; honestly it made our day! Incredibly grateful for the integrity of this lady - every day we are blessed by her kind action. Thank you! :
The amount of times items are displayed as “in stock, in store” but then “can’t be found” by staff when asked, is a joke! There is NO point having the “check in-store availability” option online, if it serves no accurate purpose. Very MISLEADING. Especially for those of us who live out of town and rely on truthful, transparent information via the website. Having to pay $8 shipping because of the incompetence of the company shouldn’t fall on the consumer. Yet another disappointing and frustrating experience with the warehouse.
Always my shopping centre when ever I travel to Parmstorm North from waiouru never missa chance to buy something from there. Yesterday's experience was more special when I met this lady at the cashout counter at 7pm if am not wrong her name was Krist as she was professional, kind, helpful and extremely friendly service. Heaps up to her dedication to her work in delivering her customer service.
Customer service in this store is great, the whole staff. I was there today buying some furniture for the house. My hands were full and a girl that works there named Tylah saw me struggling and she offered me help. She helped me carry some stuff to the check out and also got me a trolley. Super nice of her. It’s quite enjoyable to shop where there is good customer service. Cheers to the team there
Very good service and it offers ps5 discount2 year warranty for my pressure cooker just needs 8.9 dollars the best after warranty in nz. Kirst from the customer service center is extremely warm-hearted, professional, and patient. She always makes people feel well cared for.
