1 StarnnI had a very disappointing experience. I was told the heater worked well and that if it didn’t heat properly, I could return and exchange it. After taking it home, I found it wasn’t heating properly. When I went back to the store, they refused to exchange it and said there was no fault with the heater. The staff were not helpful and their attitude was disappointing. Customers should receive better service, especially when they were promised an exchange. I would not recommend buying from this store.
Fiona is a superstar. Im new to Oamaru and everytime i head to the warehouse she always makes me leave with a smile on my face. She has such good customer service! GO FIONA
I recently had a chance to check out warehouse Timaru. It catered for the entire family, beautiful store .5 Stars for them, Oamaru could do a lot better. They seem to get things others don't want. Oamaru has gone downhill; they don't cater for larger fashions in men or women's.
Lovely lady works Sunday morning, no problem with a price difference in store which she matched to website.nnSame lady have done a return on a few items on a different occasion no drama, very friendly to deal with, a shame all places don’t have staff like this.
Usual big box store expectation. Nothing special, you look, you find, you buy. Customer service is not proactive, if you want assistance, you need to go look for someone to assist you. Unlike other stores who come up to you and ask if they can help you find something.
