I'm absolutely fed up with the appalling customer service at the warehouse motueka. The rudeness of staff needs to be addressed by their management..and staff, id suggest if you dont like your job, then step aside and let someone who likes a role dealing with people, as it seems a majority of the staff there dislike their jobs, my last 5 visits I've been spoken to like I'm trash and insignificant. I will save my visits in future and go the Richmond where I'm appreciated and so is my money
My girlfriend has a disability Crohn wich can be terrible when you have a crisis you have to hurry to go to toilet / pain.nnShe asked for the closest toilets and instead of telling her there are some inside then pointed the Mcdonald’s one.nnSometimes she cannot resist so she had to release it on the way for the Mcdonald not because she wanted but because she can’t do otherwise.nnDespite the explanations and the fact she shows her disability card, the two girl working here started ashamed here and called the police being rude and without a inch of understanding / humanity.
My first visit. Loads of items piled high - prices seemed ok and staff friendly and very helpful.
Ridiculous customer service! Two out of three staff at counter had zero clue what they were doing.. had lines of customers waiting to pay for their items while they just stood there and didn’t make an effort to get help from other staff. The one who served me was rude, didn’t offer receipt and just stood there disassociating.
It's hard to find a difference between the large numbers of these stores but I'll try. Motuekas one has friendly staff, always willing to help where they can. A local feel , servicing a small town of 5000, doubling at Xmas.
