I'm absolutely fed up with the appalling customer service at the warehouse motueka. The rudeness of staff needs to be addressed by their management..and staff, id suggest if you dont like your job, then step aside and let someone who likes a role dealing with people, as it seems a majority of the staff there dislike their jobs, my last 5 visits I've been spoken to like I'm trash and insignificant. I will save my visits in future and go the Richmond where I'm appreciated and so is my money
Walked into Motueka warehouse w 67mg of serotonin n a dream left w 5 mango air fresheners, a tuff jacket, tuff socks, tuff snack box, tuff vibes only some tuff lil boi yeeted a frozen chook across aisle 3 like it owed him $67 smelled burnt mango in aisle 6 saw a demon in a tuff vest screaming “MUM I’M TUFF” warehouse was cold but the tuffness?? unmatched. 67/10. SO TUFF BOIII
My girlfriend has a disability Crohn wich can be terrible when you have a crisis you have to hurry to go to toilet / pain.nnShe asked for the closest toilets and instead of telling her there are some inside then pointed the Mcdonald’s one.nnSometimes she cannot resist so she had to release it on the way for the Mcdonald not because she wanted but because she can’t do otherwise.nnDespite the explanations and the fact she shows her disability card, the two girl working here started ashamed here and called the police being rude and without a inch of understanding / humanity.

Cheerful and great for camping and other bargains suitable for travellers. Checked out all the lemon trees and took a bargin one at 15 dollars and it has thrived.As have the mandarins purchased previously.
