Staff are friendly and helpful. So much nicer shopping in person than on the internet. Good variety of goods to buy. Today I was looking for curtains. There were some nice choices but we will take samples of carpet and wallpaper to get a good match with us next time rather than questing.
I was wanting a swivel TV bracket and there were none on the shelf. I was directed to the desk where you get printing/scanning done. A young man in a pink dressing gown looked on his computer and said there was one upstairs so he ran all the way up there to get us one. He was so helpful and what a great attitude he had smiling and wishing us a good day.Wr were very impressed
We love the product variety and the low prices. I’ve been there at least once a month since a long time.nnLately it’s started becoming a bit packed with more shelves and aisles getting added continuously, it’s becoming a bit tight to wheel your cart around.nnBut the service is always great. And the click and collect very convenient.nnThe customer toilets though could be a little bit better.
Despite receiving an email saying my click and collect would be ready by 6pm on the day I ordered it, it wasn’t! I called shortly after 6 and talked to a lady who had terrible customer service. She was rude and not helpful. After explaining how the email said it would be ready by 6, she gave me a short sharp ‘well it’s not’. I needed this item by tonight and only ordered it for click and collect because it told me it would be ready in time. I didn’t get the lady’s name but whoever it was should not be dealing with customers- she was horrible!
Great Bargains, not to costly, everything is at your finger tips.
