Great place to go to, have heaps of stuff in stock. Will come here more often then usual.
I think the warehouse in Richmond, has to have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't do reviews or normally complain but this is shocking to me, quite rude people.
Great place to shop everything you need! Great atmosphere amongst staff, clean and tidy store!
I don't like to shop here anymore because if you purchase any beauty products you won't be able to exchange or get a refund even if you have a receipt or if the product is in good condition. Rather go to warehouse in Nelson instead because they let you exchange or get refunds on your items. Also very bad customer service in Richmond.
Good shopping experience. Excellent parking. Cheap prices. Definitely go shopping there again.
