Yesterday I was scratching my head trying to figure out how to get this obnoxiously massive box on my trolley, but thankfully, a star-man came to my aid, helping me lift it onto my trolley. After I paid for it, I was faced with the impossible task of getting it in my car, but not a problem for Mr Star-man, who once again came to my aid and helped me load it into my car. This superhero didn’t even let me put it in a good word for him while saying: “Don’t thank me, thank the Warehouse” Definitely recommend this place, great service and excellent staff.
There was this lovely worker who helped me out at the ‘Customer Service’ desk. I think her name was Natasha…she really understood my needs and had great service, too easy!
Good sized store with plenty of range. Due to the lateness of my visit they had sold out of beach umbrellas but they gave other names of retailers that I could try. Overall experience was good and I got everything bar the umbrella.
Shopping at Papamoa warehouse yesterday and 2 tellers were on with around 12 people in each line. I asked two employees why aren't more check outs open? Both looked at me and said we are on our break. Really? Standing by the Isle at 9-15am. Shocking service and this is a frequent event. Need to look at people skills at k mart and learn
What happened to good customer service in this country. Did covid remove the gene? I arrive at the counter at Warehouse Stationary at 14.45pm Friday 5/4 and the 2nd thing I am told is I have to go on a break by the lady serving. Then I am told halfway through the request for printing and laminating that I need to come back in an 1.5hrs. The job is for 4 x A2 copies 1 laminted and 1 x A3 copy. Not a massive ask you would think. I now have to drive home and come back at the end of the day as Warehouse Stationary cannot hire staff that understand their core role is customer service. Repeat business is key to profitability. Office Max can now have all my business, even if it is further from my office. Not impressed.
They have everything everything for a smaller than Walmart they had things to Xbox and PlayStation and Lego planes to controllers down side was that some people keep walking into me with trolleys how rude so only 3 stars :
Last day we went to warehouse and we need print pages and all the staff not friendly talk and help us they fell us rasist warehouse stationary close 7 and they close 4 and not top up print by selfcard make sure staff did job properly thanks
I have bought the refrigerator from the warehouse and I am not happy. The refrigerator was fine, but the delivery service from the warehouse has been horrible. They have broken the window and moved back the refrigerator, so it doesn't seem like they broke it. I have contacted the warehouse delivery service many times, but they wouldn't respond. I am angered by their service and would never buy from them ever again.
Very bad customer experience. The young woman on the front desk at the morning shift of Sunday 3rd Dec 2023 was very aggressive and had very bad manners. She didn’t show the experience, skills and attitude required to perform her role adequately and made the whole experience very regretful. I am not coming back.
Very poor customer service. Girl on desk very made up face and hair. really needs some training, guess she must hate her job because she can be quite unpleasant. No smile, just scowls. Complimented her on makeup once and she still wasn't happy. Most unhelpful, spoils the whole warehouse experience.
