I’m really loving the new workers they’re very welcoming and helpful!! The lady who works in the garden department is absolutely lovely and very educated and helped me find some plants I was looking to dye my hair as well and another lady helped me out and gave me some advice too!! Very much appreciated

3/6/20...to add to my previous 5 star review and having just completed thewarehouse feedback as well today...a massive THANK YOU TO CHRIS who was my hero and came to my rescue after i flattened my car battery having left car lights on whilst shopping...Chris went above and beyond 1st trying to jump start my car then he changed my battery after i was able to purchase one in store ...wish i could give more than 5 stars- the staff @ Te Kuiti Warehouse always give the Best service but today was Above and beyond .thank you so much Chris .Life saver. *A huge thank you today to the lovely ladies working at the Warehouse Te Kuiti this afternoon 22/11/18 - who went above and beyond helping me with a Verona Table plus 2xbench set- your service was amazing- though the staff here are always friendly + helpful but today this service really was special for myself and purchased on behalf of my grateful daughter. This is such a cool place to shop. Who ever packs the shelves do a wonderful job. In comparison to the stores in Auckland this is triple AAA +++. A well packed store, extremely neat, clean, tidy with lovely and friendly staff.
Venessa helped us to find toys and she is exceptionally good!! But then All staff are amazing too !!

a huge improvement from the last time I visited as to staff help and knowledge esp IN GARDEN DEPARTMENT good work staff st the warehouse friendly knowledgeable.
