The store is looking great. I walked in last week to see everything lined up, the beds were well made, shelves were fully stocked etc. Your food area looked very organized & had a good range of items. Well done to the team
Am a Hot Wheels collector and asked a guy If I could have a look at the Hot Wheels boxes on the trolley of boxes he had, he opened them for me and was asking me if I had this or that and was very kind and I asked him if I could help me find a certain one, for being so kind I helped him unstock his hot wheels boxes and here was very thankful.
Good store layout and has everything you need. Very tidy store compare to other sites. Usually have stocks of all items. They have since shared the same shoe floor with the Stationery. Not all staff are friendly hence not getting 5 star reviews.
We bought a Samsung 42’ 4K tv, as best suggested by the sales manager on the floor that day. Not even 3 months in, the tv is starting to fail. Turning off by itself, glitching, freezing and shorting out. Not impressed at all. Thought spending an extra $400 on a Samsung tv compared to getting the veon tv was the right decision but clearly!! Would NOT recommend. This was the Warehouse Silverdale. Also not happy with how long the service technician has taken to deal with this. Called Friday arvo and still no help has been advised at all.
Their birthday cards can get a bit suspicious, which is part of why it’s a great place to buy them from.
Rushed into the Warehouse Silverdale yesterday feeling flustered as I had a million thing to do and so was rushing around trying to get my Easter shopping done, trying to juggle all the Easter eggs in my basket, whilst wearing a mask and glasses fogging up. Went through self checkout and was having problems scanning etc etc. Namrata one of the ladies at checkout was on duty and I asked her about the price of something which hadn't scanned correctly. She came over and from there on in the rest of the process was seamless, she was kind and patient and extremely helpful. Just the sort of person I needed to make my crazy day feel really calm. Thanks Namrata, I really appreciated your calm persona and all the assistance you offered. I even came back later in the day to get more Easter Eggs because you were really amazing.
Where do I start... Jacob from checkouts is the best checkout person I have ever met. Great customer service, always smiling and confident. I really appreciate his help. God bless him.
Impressed by how organised and well stocked the store is. The lay out is very clean, easy to find items. And items that go together whether it be frames and hooks, clothing items, are paired together. Very well thought out layout and who ever stocks the shelves or organizes where things go is doing an amazing job . With the clothes layout it makes it stress-free buying. Often warehouses have everything chucked in random places and makes it over whelping to find what I would like but this store has everything perfectly placed and can see thought went into it. The displays are lovely and appealing too. Makes you want to buy everything.
Worst customer service ever never pick up there phones Had the rudest lady at the info desk sat 20th about 3.30ish you know who you are make my kids cry you cow
I brought a flash disk but when I got home box was empty and couldn't show proof it was empty also I asked the checkout if they sell perfume told me to ask customer service he didn't know and the same person told me they have nothing. Worse service ever.
