This shop is located on Redwood Street, Blenheim. Plenty place for parking with welcome for wheelchair as well. Huge shop with a great selection, variety of products. Good prices but if you need assistance no staff around. I like to shopping here.
Most times I have been in your store I would say the service has been ok, but today it was rubbish, first I can't add money to my Warehouse pre-paid because your system is down, id has been down for days they tell me. Then I went to purchase 2 Duplo mats, these were on a shelf with $11 each, put the mats through the check out with some other things we purchased and the amount was almost double what we expected. The check out person came and checked the items and she could not find the sales ticket that matched the mats but said they would still be $20 each. we decided not to buy the mats so we where hoping t get our money back but we could only get a store credit, fill like I have been ripped off. Next time I will check out other stores in Blenheim before shopping in your store.
Shopped at The Warehouse Blenheim 12/6/22. Upon entering, my wife and I commented on how tidy and orderly it was. It would be the best presented Warehouse for layout, product range and tidiness we have visited in New Zealand. Top marks to the workers and management. Keep up the good work. Very disappointed came at 7.45pm and is the second time the pharmacy was closed but you advertised said 9am to 8pm
How come Alexandra and Gore have a warehouse but Wanaka which has population of nearly 9000 doesn't?
I usually enjoy my visit to the warehouse to see what books come out and how much they are. But the lady with security blond hair and glasses always meets me with a mean stare if I don’t buy something, it’s kind of intimidating and makes me just want to leave... I understand that security is a tough job and some people look suspicious or whatever, just loosen up, smile a bit and maybe enjoying your job will be easier!
I am blown away with how friendly and helpful the staff are! Was in on Thursday and Vikki went above and beyond to help me find the bell I was looking for. I'm so glad we found it as it was a key part to the gift I was giving. I came in on Saturday to get our home office set up and GustavoI think that's right? Was super helpful! We walked out very happy and confident we would get the other desk we were after very soon. Trvoagain not sure was so cheerful and happily helped us. He was great! I have never been to a warehouse with such an out standing crew!
Helpful friendly staff, large variety of stock available, lots of parking.
I know we're all in a terrible situation, but I ordered a desk on the 7th of April in order to be able to work from home efficiently, and only today I got an email stating the warehouse isn't able to supply it and I would get a refund. Perhaps make sure you have stock available when people are ordering? Then alternative desk and other essential items can be ordered from other places without having to wait for it from the warehouse and it never arriving. Not very happy with the service
Went today about 12 noon when in the counter to pay our stuff the lady being grumpy and when done scanning she just throwing the things I bought. Just forget to get her name.
