Excellent service from The Warehouse Johnsonville who went out of their way to help find what I wanted, held it until I could get there and had it ready and waiting behind the counter. I didn't expect to be able to do this during the Boxing Day sales, we were almost an hour away at the time. So thank you to the staff and management for your friendly and courteous service.
Not as spacious as the store in Porirua for example, but with very friendly and helpful staff. Though, it has reasonable and affordable variety of most stuff excluding much of the small furniture options, as I can recall, in comparison to the other of The Warehouse bigger stores.
I've got here 3 times and all 3 of those times they didn't have the item I was after which wasn't anything strange or uncommon, you would think.. however the staff have always been lovely and helpful with assisting me in finding another warehouse that stocks the item!
Good service and helpful staff but it is a small store. Sometimes it's hard to find or they don't stock specific items that I've needed. Staff are happy to order or replace items with no fuss. Would go there again for last minute Christmas tree and present shopping again. :
Enough has been said about it from other reviews but it will have what you need for a cheap price, nothing to great but cant say no to $10 fat pants and $5 t-shirts
It's like being in the presence of Dementors. Every time I go to the Warehouse I feel another part of my soul has even sucked out and cast into an abyss of eternal misery. On a brighter note, I scored some cheap jandals for my boy.
Great store, Has gone though a refit over the past 6 weeks, so the run down comment wasnt needed, Yes it was tied and run down, But what the staff and team have done is looking awesome, Even the Customer feedback has been fantastic, Grand opening August 4th 2015, I know My dad Paul works there, AAA+++ Jville Team
Only a small Warehouse compared to some around here, but they always seem to have just what I need. Friendly, helpful staff too.
Good range. They charge for plastic bags just like every warehouse, which is why it gets only 4 stars.
So I'm gonna be honest and say it's not the biggest nor the best warehouse in Wellington however has always had what I wanted when I wanted it at bargain prices.
