The younger staff were really friendly and tried to be helpful. However the balding manager type person seemed really frustrated that I'd dare ask him a question and refused to let my 3 year old use the bathroom, not great for the confidence of a kid having not long ago left nappies behind. Also had no kids' jackets which is what we came for, when I asked just got a blunt no then they walked away. Definitely will avoid this store in the future, quite disappointed.
Have many items bought here for home accents and items, furnitures, arts & crafts, photo frames, storages, bedding, books, food and more. The store is quite big and has 2 floors. Every season it comes with different themes and new collection. Some staff are friendly and helpful, some are so - so. It has an app that gives you more discounts and specials, which keeps changing. So it worth a check. The parking lot is big and it is shared with other big stores in the complex. It has ramp and special parking spot for those with disabilities. Inside there’s a lift that can be used to go to the second floor.
The place is bit shabby but the store is huge and has two story. The top section is for cloths and kids toys and ground floor is for other day today items. The jewellery section is on first floor. The counter section is at ground floor only. I wish they could keep it more neat and tidy.
No Bat-Claws or Batarangs on discount. Alfred got lost in the lego aisle and it took me 3 hours to find him. 1/5 Sincerely, Batman
I was so confused. Do you need to PAY for parking here?? The carpark is owned by the scammers known as Wilson's. Not sure what I was expecting but inside looked alright unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted so went to Noel leeming next door.
Great place to buy all the house hold products. Prices are pretty good for everything. Excellent collection for kids.
Helpful staff but terrible experience shopping through the app. I placed the order and I was advised I could collect the items the day after. I visited the store to collect the order and they told me that the payment had not gone through despite the fact that the money was already withdrawn from my account. I needed my items on that day and they couldn't even refund me so that I could buy them in-store. After talking to the manager, they called their office and they were able to finally give me the items. These two stars go to the nice staff and the manager.
Great selection of various products. From home decor through clothing to food, you can find almost everything here with great weekly discounts. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.
Customer service at this store is just sub par. Prices of items have gone up significantly and then majority of the items are out of stock.
Tried to buy a phone from here but gave up because half of the display is ripped off the wall. There's hardly any information for what you'll be buying.
