Went today with my friend and found there was one particular staff member who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Yelling at me to pick up items that I hadn’t even touched and that someone else had left on the floor. She then continued to walk upto a colleague and talk about the situation whilst staring me down with a snarky look on her face. I will not be returning to the warehouse south Dunedin for a while after this. Awful service would not recommend.
Went to this Warehouse off the cuff just to have a look then I ran into a young fella called Brendon. The best customer service person that I have ever met in any Warehouse store that I have been in from Auckland to Invercargill. Buy Brendon a car so he can travel to each Warehouse and teach other staff members on how to do customer service, Should be good for $35 an hour for start off.
Staff are friendly and helpful. So much nicer shopping in person than on the internet. Good variety of goods to buy. Today I was looking for curtains. There were some nice choices but we will take samples of carpet and wallpaper to get a good match with us next time rather than questing.
I find it easy to get around with my wheelchair . Nice big aisles. Lots of things I enjoy to buy. Stationary and craft supplies. Books and other stuff.
Massive, with a large range in every department catering to pretty much any area of your life. I had to exchange some solar fairy lights that broke before I could hang them up, and was relieved that they seem to offer a 'no quibble' policy on returns. We've bought so many things from the warehouse for our campervan, and everything is cheap and does what it's supposed to. Just bare in mind that you get what you pay for; the quality is ok but not amazing.
It is a larger store. Nothing much to explain on what they do as it is well known. The customer service I got on the day I visited there was reasonable.
From Auckland, went to Dunedin warehouse for household items. Finding items was really good, came to checkout served with this grumpy TK named checkout. Not inviting at all and no thank you. No customer service skills, she acts like as if she owns warehouse. Uneducated girl. Very disappointed, warehouse should send her Other branches for training.
Deon from Warehouse Stationary was absolutely fantastic. Went above and beyond sorting out a refill ink cartridge for a Parker fountain pen. Really appreciated the effort he went to for me. Keep up the fantastic work Deon ! Many thanks.
It is a large retail establishment offering a wide range of consumer products ranging from stationery to electronic/electrical products to clothing, toys, gardening, etc.
Delightful young man called Nick , was so very helpful this morning , 5 Dec 1230. I saw him 3 times within 30 minutes he smiled and kind what I was looking for and had such very good manners . Thankyou Nick
