Life-changing experience! I met the love of my life at this Warehouse in Kaitaia. I was sitting on the bench in the entrance area when I scouted this young lady. After talking a wee bit to her I wasn't too sure at first glance. Though, after a while, we ended up together travelling and exploring the surroundings and other parts of New Zealand, when we fell in love eventually. Today, over four years later we're still happily in love! I definitely didn't get a bargain at this Warehouse... instead I got the most precious thing there is in life.
The old lady at the customer service desk, Angie I think her name is she is so rude she definitely needs some proper training in service. Appalling!
Customer service and a smile would not go astray for some of the staff. It is a shame as others have been very helpful and friendly. The older lady who usually operates at the customer service desk is very rude. I hope improvements are made.
Was ok when we stayed the night at the Norfolk motel my friends and I realised we had no change of clothes and panties toothbrush etc for the night and needed these before it closed. Was a nice store workers aren't very friendly though not too sure about now
One of the few affordable places to shop. Contains your normal stuff you'd expect from the warehouse. At the time of writing, the bread the sell is better than the grocery stores. Some of the sales they run are great. Clothes, shoes, electronics... If you're after quality you'll have to look hard amongst the products
Rude customer service at Kaitaia Warehouse! Lady named Angie was extremely rude to my partner and I as we were getting fireworks for our niece and nephew. Her excuse for talking to us rudely is " this is how i talk" well if that is how you talk you shouldn't be in customer service! The customer next to us saw the whole encounter and was disgusted with the way this Angie lady had spoken to us! Myself, my partner and the customer that witness the whole encounter will definitely be going to head office about this! That lady is down right rude! And shouldn't be in customer service if you dont know how to speak to your Customers properly!
Not as big as Warehouses in larger towns but still carry most of the gear you need. They occasionlly have some wicked clearance deals on various items so it pays to keep an eye out. Good range of clothing and accessories. Garden centre is small but still has enough to please. Staff are polite and industrious. Super easy parking outside in the large carpark.
It's a hit and miss here with customer service. Some can be good others need to smile. And then some need to learn there products. As was told by a young guy TVs these days don't do the av plugs. Lol yeah they do
It's good,heaps of clearance items.everything you needed and more under one roof..Shop on the discounts,just to save money.I usually get my bait and berley pallets from here when they have 25% off or more on fishing gear.
Fantastic staff member by the name of Raewyn is so helpful and friendly, she deserves a bonus!!
