Had the most disgusting service from a Maori woman didn't get her name as she wasn't wearing a name badge and another woman by the name of Suzy. Both of these women had a foul attitude when I tried to return one of the Warehouses over priced, junk products. Suzy spoke to me in the most condescending tone and the Maori woman was plain rude. I don't think either of them suit being in customer service roles.
Very well stocked and extensive range. Abundance of parking. Helpful staff and the service was excellent.
Was busy today but no long wait times with 5 checkouts open!

To the employees at the Entertainment Service counter who helped us out with our TV deal yesterday , thank you very much .From the managers down to counter service , exceptional friendly help .Your service to the local community via donations for charity fundraising through the Blu Heelers tournament is very well received and id like acknowledge your support of them . kia ora whanau ps wife loves that 55" screen too.

Shocking service Q’s at checkout, only two checkout operates 9 people in the Q’s no one socially distancing or being monitored. One colleague at the front of the store reducing item looked at the Q’s and turned her back on it and carried on reducing 4 or 5 other colleagues on the shop floor. Not one call to open more checkouts Plus as normal their pricing is wrong again and scans at $2 at the till
Favourite store, visit many times per week, closest large footprint store to home. Massive selection of quality products, staff are amazing very helpful and courteous, which tells me they are very happy in their work. Always my first port of call for gifts,toys etc. Love it.
