The guy with the long hair working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. He needed his supervisor’s help, she came over and she was rude and condescending because I asked to price match and mocked me for it. She is an older lady with short grey hair. Won’t be shopping here again.
I came in today to upgrade my phone, brought my old one in, and was told the new device was better. It’s not it’s a downgrade. It’s slower, performs worse, and I wasted $400 on something that’s clearly not an upgrade.
On Saturday , my free view box decided it didn't want to work anymore, so I decided to head to the warehouse to get a replacement, I was talking to a young chap by the name of Leon , he asked if I had a smart tv , I replied that I did , he told me to get it tuned in for Satellite free view, I told him that I was not a tech sort of person and wasn't able to do that , he then said that he was happy to stop in after work and tune it in for us , 5 minutes after he finished work he arrived at our house and within 15 minutes had the tv sorted , this young lad went out of his way , in his own time to go over and above what his job entailed , , To young Leon , we thank you so much and are eternally grateful to you , this is the caliber of staff that work the tech department at the Gore Warehouse.nGive this guy a payrise he deserves it
Easy to find things friendly staff
Excellent Store, great team and great service. Always come out with what I am looking for. I've used the click and collect and that is brilliant especially close to Christmas. Had to get some necessary items today - plenty of stock and excellent service at the counter as usual
