I was shocked to see the state of the feilding warehouse. It is massively over stocked . You can hardly get in the door past the only open till. The walk ways are narrow with stock stacked everywhere. One would think the shop lifters are having a ball. I certainly am in no rush to go.
Very dissapointed with this store went into store viewed some bar stools,2 shelfs were stacked with stock priced at $19 ,went up to counter,they wanted to charge me $35 each.A staff member said a staff member had incorrectly put wrong stock in wrong space. Staff member wasn't willing to help me,saying someone must have put stock in wrong place.nThese was not my fault they should have priced them as per tickets.Bad service.
Got a lot to say but not going to, all I will say is that I didn't appreciate the tone and body language of a checkout person I delt with.nAlready off to a bad start when she saw me and decided to turn her back to me to talk to her coworker instead of greeting.

After being told I had missed out on an outdoor setting which I had paid for in full I was upset to find that the floor stock had been sold the next day and there were none available. The email I received said they had had their best people on it but there was nothing anywhere. When I went back to Feilding branch to get my refund, Bronwyn Saint/legend, said give me a minute and within five minutes had located one. Needless to say I am one very happy customer.
