Horrible parking lot with ruts and holes. This is a smaller Warehouse but has all the basics.
Today I felt let down by the WH team.nWe phoned to ensure the WH had the solar security camera we wanted before we left Maungaturoto. The retail assistant said they did. So we travelled the distance only to find we were given wrong information, and there was none in stock. What a fasicle.nDidn't look like they knew what they were doing quite frankly. Not a good look! Wasted my time.nWH management train your staff in customer service so they understand the procedure of what to do when people ring up for items.
Generally pretty good... Although today I brought a staple gun and staples. There was only one size staple gun, same brand staples, so I guess I assumed one size of staple.... Wrong!... The staples are too big, lol, and because I live miles out of town, REALLY DISAPPOINTED. It's OK to say make sure you check first... But no, shrewd little tricks like this should never happen.
I'm glad we have this shop locally. It carries a range of products that aren't always available from other outlets in town and the prices, generally, are reasonable. The quality of some items can, at times, be a bit sketchy so it does pay to be vigilant. At least they honour consumer laws if a product fails to perform as intended. Just remember to keep your receipts.
Doesnt quite have what you want like laptops not a wide range of clothing or sizes or shoes quite alot actually best to go to whangerai i found online shopping much better
