Had a meal here of course prime steak and it was great, good atomsphere in the old Kiwi way thank you owners and staff, and yes I shall return too.
Great local pub - food portions were quite large and everything we had was tasty. Very friendly service from everyone. They didn’t have a room open for us when we were stranded due to a broke down vehicle, but provided us the phone number for a local B&B that ended up being quite lovely!
Very much a locals pub. Food decent portion size, value for money and if you stick to ordinary pub grub really well done. Sadly the restaurant food not so good. Staff are very welcoming.
