Coming to the Horowhenua in early 2018, backed by an already successful Management team with eons of experience in the industry, The Vitality Place is set to help you LIVE LIFE BETTER.
With kick-ass group fitness classes covering everything from zen to gentle to high intensity, our passionate trainers come from all over the country with awesome credentials behind them.

My first time walking into TVP, I instantly felt an overwhelming sense of positive energy. It quickly became one of my absolute favorite places to be. I have always felt like the best version of myself when I walk out of those doors after class. Nicole is an unbelievable instructor - she is inspirational, motivational, and she genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients. The Vitality Place and it’s staff has helped me to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually, and I will be forever grateful for this amazing community.
The Vitality Place TVP is my home away from home! I have learned and grown so much as a dancer and a person here. It is a judgement free zone and the best environment to be in. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and it made me fall in love with dance more than I ever thought I could. They cater to all ages ranges and dance levels. You will leave a better a dancer every time you leave. Nicole White, the owner and best teacher, cares for every one of her clients and always will brighten your day. I can’t express my love for TVP and Nicole enough!
This studio is a safe place for me. I lost dance a while ago when my studio of 19 years closed. I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to find another studio because I wasn’t looking for any competition studios, I just wanted to dance to dance. Then one day my friend Meghan found The Vitality Place and then my dance world opened up again. Nicole is an amazing, humble and sweet individual who cares about all of her dancers, of all ages, and makes sure her studio is a safe place for everyone. Along with Nicole, the other staff at TVP is wonderful as well. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to dance again to consider looking into this studio! As well as dance, they offer barre and yoga classes. I had never done a barre OR yoga class until I came to TVP, and I love both! Thank you Nicole for opening this incredible studio. Please take a class! You won’t regret it. <3
I took my first class at The Vitality Place last night and it’s safe to say I am OBSESSED! As a former dancer who has been looking for years for a local studio to provide quality instruction to trained dancers to continue to practice into adulthood, this checks all the boxes for me! The studio is absolutely beautiful, the staff and instructors are welcoming and sweet, and the choreography is challenging and fun and exactly what I’ve been missing! There are a ton of different classes for different interests and skill levels and I want to try them all.. this is definitely a southern NH dance gem!
The Vitality Place has become a huge part of my life! I come from Rhode Island every week just to dance and train at The Vitality Place because it is SO worth it. In my past, as a competition dancer, I danced at studios where I didn't feel "at home" and in fact had many bad experiences with certain studios because they didn't genuinely care. However, The Vitality Place is the exact opposite. As I started my new adventure with different goals I needed to find a studio where I knew I could get the advanced training I needed with people who knew what they were doing and TVP is the PERFECT place for that. The moment I first worked with Nicole I knew that this studio was somewhere where I can train and grow and be motivated in an environment with lots of good vibes. The instructors there push you to become your best while also not letting you get discouraged. I've never been more motivated or excited to reach my goals than I am now that I have The Vitality Place as my center for training.
Miss Nicole is the greatest teacher i’ve ever had, I love it so much. My fav place ever. Nicole makes it so easy to keep a positive mindset and allows us to make mistakes work. I love it here and couldn’t ask for better.
Barre class is my absolute favorite! This fitness/dance studio is fresh and modern. I find Nicole and her staff welcoming and inspiring! You should definitely give this place a try. Plus the location provides many conveniences.
