We are so quick to comment on poor service and often do not recognise good or even exceptional customer service when it presents itself. Today I visited Glengarry Wines in Mt Eden to 'click and collect' an online order. One of the products I had ordered was not available, part of which may have been my responsibility in not double checking my confirmation email. Regardless, the person who served me apologised and offered me another product at no charge to compensate for the inconvenience. I was blown away and very grateful. You just don't see that kind of customer care these days. Kia Ora rawa atu, thanks so much Glengarry Mt Eden!

Rude service at Glengarry Wines Mt Eden Village. A young man served me late this afternoon. No hello, no conversation, totally disinterested and then once I had paid gave me my small bottle of vodka without a paper bag. I asked him to put the alcohol into a bag which he reluctantly did do and when I thanked him, not so much as a word. No thank you, no goodbye, nothing! Wont be spending money at this place again. It seems they are way too important to be decent to a common person like me.
I love glengarry wines mt eden village ! very lovely staff and the most friendly and humble customer service. Nice music playing and pretty fairy lights! 11/10
