You know, The Village Coffee & Co, is a great little place to call in for delicious food and coffee.nnA quick search of Google found this appropriately rated establishment in the heart of Ashurst!nnWe were greeted warmly by welcoming staff, who answered the usual menu questions we had, but really this place is well laid out, and they have dinner night Friday 5 - 8pm. If their dinners are as nice as their cabinet food then that would be a treat indeed.nnMy ham and cheese croissant was heated perfectly and the cheese scone was the best Anne had tasted, outside of her own of course, and we shared a fine ingredient Florentine slice with my coffee.nnThe VC is highly recommended!
