5 stars ***** I came into Ian's shop with a request to get a bike key cut because my spare broke, rubbish bike lock key from China but the lock itself is good. At first Ian wasn't sure if it could be done but then converted a padlock key into a bike lock key and then also lubricated the lock all with a happy positive attitude and skill and even tested it before handing it back to me. Amazing, wicked service!
Took back a faulty zippo only to have a trimmed nail forced into the case. Asked if he could re order me oneI was happy to pay. Shopkeeper took the lighter and forced a refund and told me not to come in again. Worst service I’ve had in Maldon. Avoid.
Were not able to repair my size 10 shoes as the leather soles were too big!?. Did reccomend another local shop who did repair them.
Never overcharges. A true craftsman. Highly recommended.
