We always receive the best care and customer service from the team at Mangawhai Vet Centre and never doubt their knowledge and ability to care for our beloved dog , Lucy . Thankyou to everyone at the clinic .
The face of the business is the lovely friendly receptionists, they are a delight to deal with. Also Andy the vet is wonderful and genuinely cares for my old dog. Lovely small friendly place to go. Does not feel rushed and commercialised like other vets, I have dealt with.
Friendly staff and great service every time we visit.nMy cat, Lucy, had recently gone in for a dental scale and polish, and during the routine blood tests they noticed something unusual although it could be 'normal' for Lucy. They did an additional test after obtaining consent from me - still nothing to be too concerned about. Tara then followed up a few weeks later with a phone call, which wasn't necessary, but was a really nice personal touch that made me feel like Lucy is really being taken care of. Thank you.
Sarah Briggs and the whole team are amazing. Down at the estuary we came across an injured seagull last Sunday night around 7pm, paralysed and left drown in the incoming tide - after collecting the bird I rang the vets, Sarah met me on site and after identifying the problem gently put the bird to sleep. She refused payment and was so caring and kind. Such a gift to the community to have this kind of genuine care.nWe also take our dogs to Mangawhai Vets and have always had kind, knowledgeable, professional and personable care at a good price. So highly recommended. Thank you.
This is a wonderful clinic....the staff are so friendly and helpful.I would like to say thank you to Andy David who is so professional and knowledgeable and who goes above and beyond in his care of our pets.I absolutely recommend this clinic.
