The Tyre Rack Rotorua

Don't know what is going on here. Have used them for 5 years. Went in for a puncture, unfixable so we agreed to a new tyre. He took the tyre off then discovered that they didn't have one that would fit. Was going to order one and get back to us, never did. We went in 2 days later, the guy there knew nothing about it and advised us to return in a couple of hours. We did 4 hours later, not a soul around, workshop totally deserted, office locked. Gone elsewhere.

Had my Tesla model 3 tyre punctured, extremely fast turnaround, excellent communication, flexible and very skilled people. Thank you for the help.

Used to go here all the time. Have done for 6 years. Made a time to take my car in for 2 tyres and an alignment. The guy prioritized other cars that came in. After an hour and a half he hadn't even looked at my car so I took my car elsewhere and got seen immediately and all done within 25 mins.

I used around 3-4 times and everytime they provided good service and tyre and service.

Excellent service. Have been in Rotorua 5 years and have used these guys in that time. I've always had good, prompt, professional service. The last time I needed them was in order to get my wof. They even fixed my rear light at no extra! Was able to get my wof and get away to Palmy without fuss. Brilliant.

quite good, friendly, the price for new tyres mounted was the best iv had in rotorua, i dont think i will be going anywhere else again. i would say 20% cheaper then the rest.
