The place is beautiful. It has its own mini farm with pigs, chickens, alpacas, and donkey. There was a museum for old, antique stuffs which I thought was very interesting. The shed sells all things woolen which are well made and reasonably priced. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Definitely suggesting a visit!
The ladies who were there weren't very customer oriented, so that took away from wanting to buy anything. They could and can do better.
I bought a lovely scarf for my niece for travelling. It arrived safely and the team made sure I had it before she left. Great communication and customer service. The best of NZ quality.
I just had the most outstanding customer service you could ask for from Jill. I needed two balls of wool of a older batch number than currently being sold. I wasn't able to source it from Auckland where I live. Jill came to my rescue and spoke to the supplier and between them I now had the wool I need to finish my jersey. I am beyond wrapped.
Got my wonderful knee rug promptly. It is very warm indeed. NZ owned and operated. Very good. Thank you.
Great little store with a huge section. Please though can you update your opening hours on your website. We timed our trip so we could call in and you were closed.

Had some lovely clothing & skincare. The lady was very informative & friendly. May need to look at prices on some things, for your average kiwi could be a bit pricey..but you pay for quality :
A truly vast range of scrummy knitwear and then there are the gorgeous blankets and throws. Super friendly and helpful staff too. Great for a no pressure, relaxed browse. I would say that prices are a little high but if you don't have time to shop around this is a great stop for the range to choose from.
Just taken delivery of my Noble Wilde Vickers Sweater in Blue. This is my second jumper from Noble Wilde and I wasn't disappointed. Beautiful wool, great quality and colour. Expensive, particularly here in the UK with shipping and Duty but worth every penny. Great service too!
