Delicious food great service however music at towards the middle to end of our meal was so loud. It drove us out, but service and meal lovely. Just be aware that loud music doesn't help conversations
Overcharging and ripping people off! No signs displayed about surcharge. We came from Wellington so we did not assume that we will be charged 10% surcharge for Auckland Anniversary outside of Auckland.nAfter chatting around we realised this place also charged surcharge last week for Wellington Anniversary! The quantity of curries for $28 was not justified. Left the place feeling chiseled! 3 people shared 2 curries, Naan Basket and 2 drinks for $82, that did not feel right.
It’s well worth with quality. Had nice dinner with family on Sunday 26th jan while on road trip. For small town it’s hard to find great options. Price is good and money well spent. Delhi stay butter chicken and sharabi chicken tika was our favourite.
We have been to this restaurant many times. The service is always great, the waiters are friendly and the food comes out quickly. The food is always so tasty and full.of flavour.
We stopped by for dinner on the way back to Auckland from Ruapehu, The menu is decently sized and does have some interesting items on it that I haven't seen in other places like an eggplant masala. For many of the dishes, you can also choose the protein you wanted. I went with the lamb Madras as well as a mango lassi. The lassi was interesting since it didn't have a mango flavour to it. The curry was quite nice. I also tried some of the eggplant marsala and venison curry and both were also nice. The venison did come with lots of bones though. We also got some of the momo to share and they were interesting, deep fried with a strong ginger flavour.nWe ate our fill quite easily with curry, rice, and naan. It was a nice place to get a really filling dinner.
