Great attention to detail plus exceptionally nice people who run this village.
We bought in the 1st stage and have never regretted our decision. A very friendly lot of fellow villagers who mainly like to socialise and enjoy life.
This is shaping up to be a very nice place to retire. Villas have high pitched ceilings making them seem spacious. It is still under construction with several people having shifted in already. Silverstream in Kaiapoi a very pleasant place to live with walks around the river. Transport, and shops close by. Very peaceful area.
Impressive village but plagued with highway noise. I thought the prices were very reasonable
